Each individual may register only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, secondary accounts, or accounts held by the same person using different identities) are strictly prohibited.

You agree to notify kye4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kye4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account settings immediately. kye4d is not responsible for any communication failures resulting from outdated or incorrect information.
kye4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual banks may impose their own limits.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. kye4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the deposit process.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and Indonesian national holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
kye4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts, first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals to new payment methods. Such checks may delay processing by up to seventy-two (72) hours.
Before you can withdraw funds, you must meet the following conditions:
kye4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may deduct processing fees from the transferred amount. You are responsible for any third-party fees. kye4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on Account status, verification level, and transaction history.
kye4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called turnover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

All bonus-related decisions made by kye4d are final.
You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support or adjusting your Account settings. If you wish to play without bonus restrictions, you may decline bonuses at the time of deposit or forfeit active bonuses before making a withdrawal.
All bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by the kye4d system and reflected in your Account transaction history. kye4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical errors, or risk management purposes. If a bet is rejected or voided, the stake will be returned to your Account.

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by kye4d or the Player. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will complete according to the game's standard rules, and results will be recorded in your Account history.
In the event of a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, software error, or any other error that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, kye4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If winnings have already been paid out due to an error, kye4d reserves the right to deduct the erroneous amount from your Account balance.
kye4d strives to maintain uninterrupted service availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to services for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or force majeure events. kye4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
kye4d uses third-party service providers for payment processing, game provision, and other services. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers. Your use of third-party payment methods is governed by the terms and conditions of those providers.
kye4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations, that they will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use our services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kye4d, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
kye4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, created multiple accounts, abused bonuses, engaged in money laundering, or otherwise acted in bad faith. In such cases, kye4d may confiscate any funds in your Account and withhold any pending withdrawals.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. kye4d reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified via email before any fees are deducted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of kye4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team via Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to an independent mediation service mutually agreed upon by both parties.
In all matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms, kye4d's decision shall be final and binding unless proven to be manifestly incorrect.
